Laurel Spears, principle planner for The WOW! Factor Weddings & Social Events, is a distinguished graduate of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC) professional development program and has earned the Association's designation, Professional Bridal Consultant. She has been in the hospitality and tourism industry since 1992 and has specialized in special events and weddings for the past 16 years.

Laurel’s passion is for creating joy, laughter and GREAT events! Her goal is to provide unbiased professional support in a way that takes the stress off of you and allows you to be just as you should on your wedding day - elegant, relaxed and radiant. Whether your visions are traditional or eclectic, Laurel consistently creates weddings that reflect the individuality of you as a couple. She is an opened-minded listener who takes a great deal of time getting to know each bride and groom - your likes and dislikes; the things that make you laugh; the things that make you sentimental.
